Zoom Ikebana Dojo is delighted to welcome Mr Katayama again as a special facilitator on 26 January 2021. Mr Katayama is an internationally renowned Ikebana master, based in Fukuoka, Japan. He has taught and performed Ikebana all around the world and is one of the most popular Ikebana masters today.
He is a “RIJI” of the Sogetsu School Teacher’s Association, and secretary-general of the Nishi-nihon Kado Federation, Fukuoka Chapter among many other positions.
In 2017 he was the World Convention Chairperson for Ikebana International 11th World Convention, and in 2019 he presented Welcome Flowers at G20 Fukuoka Welcome Reception.
