I took out about half the grasses at the vase rim keeping the bulk to the right side and added back the two pink astilbe.  Next, I trimmed more leaves from the crabapple branches.

I replaced the straight branch and repositioned both branches. I think the positions are improved. However, more robust branches would be even better. 
I reduced the mass of leaves by 30-40% and also shortened them. I reduced the mass of accent flowers also. Thank you very much for your constructive assessment.
